The First Year Futures First core module provides you with a structured and supported process to critically reflect upon your own learning, performance and achievements, and to plan for your personal, educational and career development.

The module is underpinned by a critical-thinking tool, the Career Development Plan, which encourages you to identify roles within organisations that can help you achieve both your career and life goals.

The module is assessed using written and verbal forms of communication designed to give you an opportunity to share your ideas with others in formats which are useful for recruitment purposes.

Check out the Futures First pages on the management school website for lots more information including the module overview, testimonials and associated Sheffield Graduate Attributes.
