University Business Challenge Selection Event

Do you want to put the knowledge that you have learned in your degree to the test? Do you want something different to put on your CV? Do you want to develop good commercial awareness, teamworking and leadership skills? If you have said yes to any of these, then the University Business Challenge (UBC) is for you!

We are looking for the top business brains of the Management School to compete in an national business simulation competition where you will make business decisions. As spaces are very limited, we are running a selection event which will allow you to try out a similar simulation as well as form teams ready for competition. The top teams will go through to the next stage, which will be the national competition. The national competition heats will be throughout the first semester and if you progress to the semi finals/finals, these will be day events in semester 2.

You can sign up either come in a team of up to 5 or as individuals (teams will be made up of 5 members) and can be from any course within the Management School. However, this programme is only open to undergraduates only. If you are a Postgraduate and want to participate, there is a similar programme later in the semester for you called the Global Masters Challenge.
