Top Tips for securing a summer job
19th March at 12pm – 1pm, in The Wave Workroom 2
Securing a summer job is not only great to increase your funds over the summer but a great way to gain experience, new skills and new friends. Working in the summer might give you the chance to visit a new region of the country or even a luxury overseas destination.
This session will cover the range of jobs you could consider (including those with accommodation), the best websites to use to find roles and how to craft your CV. For international students we will run through the visa regulations and how they might impact on the hours and type of work you can do.
