Placement Application Insights: Navigating Rejection and Transforming Setbacks into Success

Join our session for an insight into the application and assessment processes for placements from members of SUMS and wider Social Science Employability Team and previous placement students.

We will discuss the ways in which companies evaluate placement students, providing tips on articulating your experiences effectively during assessments, and showcasing your suitability for the roles. We will cover how you can embrace rejection, as we share experiences of setbacks and provide valuable insights on bouncing back and turning those challenges into stepping stones for success!
