Attention SUMS and all Social Science students! Are you thinking about doing a Placement Year during your time at university? Join this introductory session to help you decide whether a Placement Year is right for you.

With some key insights from returning SUMS and Social Science Placement Year students, you will leave understanding what a Placement Year looks like, the key benefits and the support available to you.

There will also be a chance to ask any burning questions you have to our ambassadors and employability staff, so if you are curious about what great opportunities you could embark on during your Placement Year, come along!

This event is open to all first and second year students, across Social Sciences (Architecture and Landscape Architecture Students are not eligible to add a Placement Year to your degree)
